Website banner issue,

I'm struggling with getting to the top bar as its hidden behind the banner across the top of the page,
I can see it if I use my iPad top pull the page up but can't click anything all i can see is ....
Internet radio/ listen/ broadcast/ discuss.

If I pull-up on the browser in the iPad I can see I have got 2 messages and alerts, but can't get to them as the header banners pulls back over the links.

If I'm not logged into the the forum they are easy to see. But as on not logged in I can't get to my messages, I tried using safari, chrome and explorer? Anyone else have same issue?

First picture is as I see page when I pull page down but can't access it , how do I remove the top bar?
