Streaming Software and Microphone

Hi all,I am looking for opinions on Microphones and software..I am looking for free software to stream with..free for the moment anyway.I am also looking for
a microphone suitable for broadcast.I was looking at the BM-800 Condenser Mic ..It may be too cheap?? Would a condenser be a good mic for live broadcast?Any help would be great,thanks..LB

If you want free software to broadcast with then give Mixxx a try.
