podcasts to broadcast

Does anyone know of any free voice audio only podcasts or plays that we can play on the radio without any copyright or licensing issues. Needs to be free.

If not matters much about the lingo (spanish), we can offer you 3 different podcast into heavy, hard rock and punk. We do not speak fully in english if does not matters count with us for retransmissions our license is based on Open Data Commons Open Database License
