Hello,
We're new to this online service and have had some difficulty getting up and running.
Also, we keep receiving emails saying that the server is up but the station is offline. What and how? Can anyone assist us with that question too?
We have received the following error code that says Directory Warning # 1073750584. What does that mean please? Also, when are we going to gain access to our internet radio please? We've sent a few additional emails asking various questions and we keep getting emails that say, that our internet server was down / interrupted but that it's back on and working.
We'd really like to get our station up and streaming. Can you please help us?
