Bitrate Question?

I'm looking at signing up soon, but first I have a question about bitrate. The music files on my computer are at 320kbps but if I wanted to stream say at 128kbps would I have to re-encode my the music files or would the stream do this automatically?

You would need to re-encode the tracks at 128kbps for this.
