Relay Server Down in Internet-Radio Account

One of my staff just reported that our relay through internet-radio.com is down. I can see that our broadcast from SAM is up and running. However, when I try to access the Admin panel for the internet-radio.com account it will not come up. It's just timing out. Please help!!!!

Is there some other way to report outages? As of writing this our station has been down for over 30 minutes! This is unacceptable.

Did you figure out the issue yourself?

Although you were unable to reach the servers admin page, did the main control panel overview page show if this was streaming at all with listeners connected?
 
Yes! I figured out the issue myself. I clicked every button and checkmark between SAM and the Relay Server itself. The relay server at http://us3.internet-radio.com:8324/index.html was down for roughly 24 hours so that did look pretty suspicious at first. Regardless, I continued to look for other culprits.

It turned out that SAM had "Enable Relay" unchecked! I haven't gone into those settings since the last time we spoke, actually, and I am the only one with the credentials to this account.

The only conclusion I can make is that SAM made some kind of update and it changed, perhaps to its default, but I am not sure. One thing is for sure, I will definitely be looking around for better radio software other than SAM. Would you have any suggestions that don't include the service taking ownership of our station?
