I see under "Shoutcast Stream Status & Listeners" a ton of listener with many different ips and they are all connected seconds apart, when I kick them all out they come back on the same way, seconds apart and we are talking about hundreds of connections.

Is there a way to block this user agent? I did tried to block **EMPTY** by adding it to the Blocked User Agent List but it does not work.

The EMPTY user agent is the german stream ripper that won't show anything in the agent field for the purpose of you cannot block it. There is a way from the SHOUTcast server administrator's back door to block these empty agents. I had it done on my station and it is working perfectly.
